AYF is adding a new opportunity on the year-round team, a Human Resources Director who will build and shape the HR programs and practices that enable our most important resources, our talent, to be successful, and sustainably deliver our mission. The Human Resources Director is based in the AYF’s St. Louis location, but will spend significant time, particularly in the summer, traveling to the New Hampshire and Michigan camps, where most of the staff are based and programs are delivered.Learn More Here
AYF is seeking to hire a Communications Manager to design and implement the American Youth Foundation’s communications strategy through print and digital media and publications. This position is responsible for coordinating production of publications including the annual Founder Fire magazine, program brochures, and promotional materials. The Communications Manager will oversee and maintain the website (www.ayf.com) and execute social media strategy for AYF programs. The role is based in our St. Louis location, but you will spend significant time, particularly in the summer, traveling to our New Hampshire and Michigan camps, where most of our staff are based and our programs are delivered.Learn More Here
