Joseph Getlin is named the fifth Executive Director of the AYF and serves until 1975.
The AYF Board appoints a long-range planning committee, and the Four Trails program is established at Merrowvista. This is the first a co-educational program at the AYF.
At Miniwanca, the Jekyll Dormitory is built adjacent to the Woods building for additional staff housing on site.
