Executive Director of Merrowvista
Jason has over two decades of leadership experience in youth development, outdoor education, and nonprofit management. Most recently, he served as the Executive Director of Lantern Light Camps, where he spearheaded enrollment growth and forged new partnerships with youth-serving organizations.
Through his career, Jason held senior leadership roles at The Aloha Foundation in Vermont, including Chief Operating Officer and Director of the Hulbert Outdoor Center, where he led program expansion and major fundraising efforts. Jason is a mission-driven leader who brings a deep commitment to community building, strong operational insight, and a passion for creating spaces where young people and staff can thrive.
Originally from England, Jason came to the U.S. as an international camp staff and met his wife at camp.
