Miniwanca does not provide airport shuttles, but our reunion team will do everything possible to match travelers arriving by air with those driving who have offered to share space for pickups or drop-offs to and from the reunion. Once we have an idea of participants' flight schedules, we'll work to pair people with similar arrival times to help coordinate ride shares or car rentals.
Participants can stay in dorm-style lodging (Seay, Compton, and Four Seasons facilities) or in rustic, screened cabins with six to seven people. Your preference will be considered, but we cannot guarantee placement. We will give dormitory lodging priority to those with mobility concerns.
Participants can also bring tents or a camper, but please note there are no RV hookups available onsite.
We ask that you bring your own sheets and towels if possible. All mattresses are twin-sized. We have a limited number of linens, bath towels, blankets and/or sleeping bags available for those who are unable to bring their own.
If you require bedding and towels, please contact AYF Director of Adult Programs Holley Young at hyoung@ayf.com. We will send a full packing list closer to Girls Camp Reunion.
