Merrowvista Volunteer and Family Weekend

Merrowvista Volunteer and Family Weekend will take place May 13 to 15.

Director of Operations Amy Simmons is still in need tradespeople like carpenters to donate their time and skill. Email her for more information.

We meet at Merrowvista on Friday evening and share a meal while we connect with old friends and make new ones.  Saturday will focus on service to the site. We will clean, rake, dig, paint, repair, and replace to help prepare this beautiful place for the hundreds of participants who will visit in 2022.

Our workday will conclude with a delicious meal and celebratory Community Fire. Sunday will offer time to reflect on the weekend and optional activities.

Volunteer Weekends are free to attend, and registration is required. We encourage you to make a donation to help us cover the costs of food and housing, which are included.
