At Merrowvista, Outdoor Education Instructors will live, learn, work, and play amidst 600 acres in the stunning Ossipee Mountains of New Hampshire. The Merrowvista community is a vibrant gathering of people from all backgrounds who support youth in discovering and developing their own best self.
Basic Requirements
Age 21 with at least one year of higher education or equivalent experience.
All AYF camp staff demonstrate passion for serving youth, encouraging campers to explore through play and creating a space where youth feel included and a sense of belonging.
Key Dates
Fall Season
Aug. 18 to Nov. 29, 2025
Spring Season
Feb. 2 to June 6, 2026
Individuals may apply for the fall season or for both the fall and spring seasons. Those who return in February can work on self-directed projects in the field of outdoor and experiential learning.
Benefits
Pay is $600/week and includes onsite housing and meals (when in program).
$180 health insurance premium available
