Trailblazers take their first steps in the Four Trails wilderness adventure program. These campers get to enjoy the full in-camp experience and embark on a 3-day backpacking trip and 3-day canoeing adventure along the Manistee River. Trailblazers’ confidence grows as they discover all they can accomplish.

Life On Trail
Four Trails trips are more than just amazing outdoor experiences. Campers create mobile communities that form lifelong bonds.
Morning Schedule
- Wake up, break down camp, have breakfast
- Hit the trail or waterway
- Stop for breaks (and snacks!) when needed
Afternoon Schedule
- Lunch
- More time on trail or waterway
- More breaks and snacks
- Arrive at predetermined campsite, set up camp
- Hang out and relax with trip group
Evening Schedule
- Make dinner
- Community discussion, reflection
- Lights out
