Avail high-school age campers develop their leadership skills through teambuilding, self-reflection, group conversation, and mentorship from dynamic adult leaders. They enjoy all the fun of camp activities and serve as role models to younger Miniwanca campers as Quad Leaders. Avail campers gain a greater understanding of the positive difference they can make for others- at camp, in their home communities, and the world around them.Â
