Fall and Spring Opportunities
Basic Requirements
Age 18 for most roles. All AYF camp staff demonstrate passion for serving youth, encouraging campers to explore through play and creating a space where youth feel included and a sense of belonging.

2026 Benefits
Pay starts at $500/week and increases with leadership roles and responsibilities.
