Paul Kerchberger is thrilled to contribute his knowledge of summer camp operations and staffing culture to the American Youth Foundation. He brings a decade of summer camp experience from the Scouts BSA, where he served as Aquatics Instructor, First-Year Camper Director, Camp Commissioner, and Camp Ranger. Paul knows the value summer camp can bring to the youth and how the staff plays a pivotal role in creating their experience. He looks forward to working closely with all prospective and returning staff to create the best possible environment for participants and staff alike!

Paul received his bachelor’s degree from Carroll University in 2019 and is currently enrolled in the School of Business and Nonprofit Administration at North Park University, where he is working to earn his master’s of nonprofit administration.
